This could help your customer to feel better with your selling images.
You will notice that it’s not the best quality of picture that you can take or not even the best condition of the decoration. However, you will get some idea of how to make a good story for your condominium though your picture.
1.First impression
It’s better to give the idea of how it look like to have a first sight in the room and how everything work together. Even though, you have a small condo but if it is well organized, that might be more than enough.
2.Get closer to the place that you want to live.
You will see that I left some part of dining table in the corner to show the connection that you can sit properly to eat on the table and can still watching your favorite show. Change the image of “Limited space” to be “Enough space”
3.Show some features and leave the space for possibility.
Most of the small size condominium will have one counter for some small cooking and washing with the refrigerator on the side, On top with the built-in shelf for storage.
You can compare the two picture. The first one is a bigger space, bigger picture but it dose not look better. It is because it is empty and does not show the possibility of the space that you already have.
I would suggest you could buy some little decoration or some food can to make your space bold.
4.Focus on bedroom
It is really hard to have a whole room picture when you have small space like 25-35 Sq.m condominium.
One way to make the bedroom look good is to remember that bedroom is for sleeping.
Even though, you have so many details in the room but the first thing is you should feel that “I want to sleep in this room”
5. Separate the bathroom zone base on activities.
Bathroom is the hardest things to take because it is compact in the smallest space in most of the condominium.
If you are struggle to take the whole area, maybe you should try this.
Now you can see a little difference from “trying to catch the whole area” and “What you can do in this bathroom”
Anyway, you can have it both in the list.
Keep in mind :
Do not forget that sometime people see only what they are looking for.
You need to concern about the story that you want them to see and to feel.
Don’t just show them the pictures but guide them to a little journey.
Don’t sell the condo, sell the living.
“We can remember what we see, but we will never forget what we feel.”
